Sure he would have benefitted from a hair transplant or at least needed to shave off the skullet, but he had a strong nose, a penchant for suiting and a refined accent suggesting he was worldly and knew his way through the Batard Montrachet section of the wine list. But unless your kink is a desire to make your way into an ageing billionaires decree, he wasn’t attractive.
The thing that made Montgomery appear a misery, was his posture. If there is one thing that can make or break an outfit, it is how you wear it. Even more so, when it comes to tailoring. The best tailoring in the world is shared between the same discerning individuals, but the ones you notice, stand up tall, open their chest, brace their core and relax.
MAKE YOUR POSTURE YOUR BEST ACCESSORY
Tailoring is specifically cut to be worn with correct posture. One of the greatest signs of masterful tailoring is the drape or fit across the back; no puckering, tightness or strain on the seams. Rather; a flowing line from shoulder to shoulder, hung with ease from the neck to the tailbone.
Every person you notice wearing an outfit you admire is wearing the outfit with posture and nonchalance. Which means you have to train correct posture as your natural resting state - as a 6”4 man myself, something that requires a little more training than most, trust me.
